ChangeBASE, the application compatibility testing company has appointed Frank Joshi as chairman of the board, it was announced today. Joshi will leverage his business experience to ensure corporate governance and a future proof strategy.

Joshi’s pedigree includes an illustrious career and directorships which include Martex Communicators, which he co-founded and owned, which sold to The Tarsus Group for £16.5M in 2000.

He remained on the Tarsus board for two years managing the growth of the group business and thereafter was consultant and major shareholder of OVUM, the analyst organisation, up until its IPO and purchase by Datamonitor.

Joshi is also an angel investor in several technology businesses including Knowledge Peers Plc., and MVine.
