Later this month, the first ever cook book by Scottish Michelin starred Chef Martin Wishart will be released. Using simple, achievable techniques throughout, the book offers guidance on how to create a number of wonderful dishes, some of which have been served in the multi-award winning restaurant in Edinburgh.
Released at the end of May, a limited number of copies will be available for journalists to review.
