We really love our dads. Our mum’s too, but seems as its Fathers Day soon we thought we would just talk about our dad’s.

We have eight dads working at Ethical Superstore. And most of them are starting to wonder whether their kids will remember Fathers Day (it’s the 15th June by the way), and, if they do, what delights they will be given as pressies.

If, like our Ethical Superstore dads, you would like to avoid the usual socks and chocs, then you might like to have a look below. We have gathered together a raft of dad-like gifts that would inspire even the most moody of teenagers. So if you are a dad, start dropping some hints; and if you are a son or daughter then get onto and buy your pop something worthy of his supreme parenting skills.

If your dad likes to think he is a bit of a techy, then this could be for him. The latest mobile phone, digital camera and iPod solar charger – Power Monkey Explorer Portable Solar Charger (£59.99) – is the perfect gift for him to show off to his mates about being all 21st Century (yeah right dad)

Is your dad a bit of a geezer? Likes to think he is ahead of the game in the fashion stakes? Then pick up the brilliant Recycled Circuit Board Cuff Links (£14.95) which are crafted from recycled circuit boards mounted onto silver plated base. Fabulous darling.

Raise a glass to your dad with these rather brilliant Green Glass Recycled Grolsch Bottles (£12).

The Beer ‘n’ Nuts Party Pack (£18) – is a no brainer for those dads that will be sat in watching football or rugby come fathers day. With his feet up, the telly on, and this on his lap, you can pretty much guarantee a happy pops for the day

Come on dad, get with it will you? If your dad is still obsessing over his vinyl collection then this should sort him right out. He (well, actually it will probably be you) can transfer all of his vinyl into digital by recording them onto the Trevor Baylis Eco Media Player (£129.95). This ingenious gadget can not only listen to music and watch videos, but can be used as a torch or a data storage device and one minute on winding gives up to 40 minutes of play time - plus Stephen Fry even adores it,"Eat Trevor's dust, Apple!”

Happy Fathers Day to all our dads and all yours too!
