Clarity Connections has launched today to offer a new nationwide networking referral solution for small to medium sized law firms who are finding it harder to compete in the fiercely competitive legal environment.
The scheme enables law firms to pass on work to other panel members and in return receive a referral fee. Furthermore firms will be provided with the ability to receive new work as a panel member. This unique service will enable firms to generate risk free income and retain a competitive edge ensuring that local law firm can continue to service local people providing much needed access to justice.
The legal environment has become a highly competitive market with larger law firms and non-legal companies investing heavily in advertising. Referral fees have also added to the problem, as often the costs of capturing new work is too expensive and panel membership restricts the opportunity for new business even further. The result has been that larger competitors have gained greater market share which is leading to the demise of the local high street solicitor.

The referring firm will also receive a referral fee enabling them to earn an income from the cases they refer.
In addition to providing a work swap facility clarity will also be advertising nationally the services of its members and therefore generating work itself for referral onto its local panel firms.
The scheme will be simple and easy to use with both web and telephone based referral services. Once a client is referred in Clarity will ensure the client receives the legal support they need and will manage the relationship as required between all parties.
