(NASDAQ: SFSF), the global leader in on-demand performance and talent management solutions, today announced at the company’s global user conference, SuccessConnect, a comprehensive alliance with global business services provider IBM to market, resell and implement SuccessFactors’ complete product suite. The alliance is aimed at addressing the unique human capital management requirements of very large enterprises.

The performance and talent management market is thriving, as global companies are looking for new and better ways to engage and develop their global workforce, aligning them closer to high-level business objectives. IBM Global Business Services, Human Capital Management consulting team, led by Tim Ringo, is engaging with executives of large companies looking to align their employees’ performance with overall company goals, under the belief that those companies that have made investments in people performance solutions are seeing immediate value and increased productivity and stronger revenue growth.

Large enterprise customers have reaped substantial benefits from deploying SuccessFactors applications. Typically, these larger companies are comprised of multiple divisions, multiple lines of businesses and new business units from mergers and acquisitions, and have thousands of employees around the globe with multiple languages and cultures – all of which can contribute to decreased productivity and inefficiency that hampers growth.

SuccessFactors has more than 1950 global customers, with deployments from single-digit users to more than 100,000. SuccessFactors' on-demand performance and talent management suite, which includes recruiting management, goal management, succession planning, learning and development, compensation planning, analytics and reporting applications, helps enterprises revolutionize their workforce.
