e2-b have released Version 4 of Compi-tens the market leading performance management system which now includes integrated staff performance and quality management to complement the powerful existing system features.

Compi-tens version 4 includes a fully integrated performance management tool enabling managers to carry our short, structured appraisals of staff as they carry out their daily activities. Combined with the existing e-learning, administration and skills assessment modules Compi-tens now offers a fully integrated training and performance management system for companies and training providers of all sizes.
