SuccessFactors Deployed to Senior Managers Globally, Across 65 Operating Entities

(NASDAQ:SFSF), the global leader in on-demand performance and talent management solutions, today announced that Allianz Group, one of the world’s leading providers of insurance, banking and asset management, has adopted the SuccessFactors Performance and Talent Management Suite across its 65 operating entities. This initiative is part of the strategic drive of the company’s management team to gain a consistent view of internal talent within the group, and to support a single talent management architecture.

Allianz has now started the rollout of the SuccessFactors 360 Degree Review, which is based on the Allianz competency model, and SuccessFactors Succession Planning module across all 65 operating entities for managers and leaders. The new talent management approach is a business-driven, integrated process covering discussions around performance/potential portfolios, current/future fit planning, competency assessments against roles, etc. The SuccessFactors modules have been deployed in English and German and have generated both Talent Key Performance Indicators, as well as a reporting engine for the board. Moving forward, Allianz is assessing additional SuccessFactors modules, such as Goal Management and Compensation, for deployment to a broader employee base.
