Integrated online agency, Grasshopper announces a further five appointments Tuesday 5 August 2008 PDF Print Integrated online agency, Grasshopper has strengthened its team with a further five new staff appointments, bringing the total number of new employees so far this year to 10 – a clear sign of the agency’s growth. Newly appointed as client director is property and corporate communications specialist Giles Denny. Giles joins Grasshopper with 15 years experience specialising in the design, photography and production of both online and printed marketing communications. Since Giles’ arrival, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has already commissioned campaigns for properties in Italy, Hungary and Paris. The brewer, Greene King plc and a number of other commercial property advisors are also planning campaigns with Giles at Grasshopper. Newly appointed as account director is DM and online marketing specialist, Amy White who will work with high profile clients including Windstopper, Gore-Tex, LG and British American Tobacco. Amy joins Grasshopper from Claydon Heeley where she worked on the ING Direct account. Jessica Sant joins Grasshopper as account manager to work with ROC and Motorola. Jessica’s experience includes managing the largest interactive TV account, Network TEN whilst at Legion Interactive in Australia. This role involved managing all on-air promotional and digital services for network programmes including Australian Idol and Big Brother. MSC software engineering graduate, Usman Saeed, joins Grasshopper as web developer. Usman’s role will involve developing the backend and frontend websites for Grasshopper’s clients including L’Oreal, Monster, Badenoch & Clark and Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels. Andrew Sheppard joins Grasshopper from Design & Brand where he developed websites for small businesses. As web developer at Grasshopper, Andrew will be largely involved in the company’s online projects, working with clients including L’Oreal, Monster and Badenoch & Clark.
