14 September 1999 ~ Actinic Software, the UK-based Internet
commerce developer, has announced that its shop-in-a-box package,
Actinic Catalog, is to provide the leading systems integration
company, BSG, with its prime solution for the soon-to-be-launched
Webgenerics brand. This is aimed specifically at SME businesses
wanting to enter the e-commerce market. In a highly successful
channel partnership campaign, BSG is the latest partner to sign up
as a Gold Reseller with Actinic.

"We decided to go with Actinic after evaluating all the
alternatives at this end of the e-commerce market. For our
customers' needs Catalog is undoubtedly the best option in a
highly competitive arena," comments Nick Harper, eBusiness manager
at BSG. "E-commerce is really taking off now and we like the
flexibility and ease of use that Catalog offers. A lot of thought
and attention to detail has gone into its development."

"In the last twelve months Actinic has been actively building its
channel partnerships and we are delighted that BSG has chosen to
adopt Catalog," says Phil Rothwell, Actinic's sales director. "At
Actinic we believe in not just selling product to our resellers,
but backing this with thorough training for sales staff and top
notch technical support. As BSG has a similar culture of getting
alongside its customers to ensure their requirements are addressed
fully, I am sure this will be a highly productive partnership."
