Cable & Wireless will deploy modules for managing goals and performance, succession planning, 360 degree reviews and career development, including SuccessFactors Live Profile application. Phase one of deployment will coincide with the company’s half year performance appraisals at the end of September. Objectives will be realigned with business strategy as the system is deployed to 5,000 employees across 50 countries throughout Europe, Asia and the U.S. in English. Phase two will focus on career development and delivering the right training programmes to the right people.
SuccessFactors will integrate with Cable & Wireless’ existing SAP HR system, and will link to its i-LEARN online training system, which will feed through competency gaps and development requirements, enabling employees to directly access links for specific resources and simulations in the training system.
