Wellbeing Live! is an exciting new event designed to encourage people to take small steps to improve their everyday wellbeing by trying new activities in the three zones: Mind, Body and Soul.
Interactive sessions range from hula hooping, yoga, salsa and horse riding simulators to digital photography master classes, positive psychology, life coaching, gardening tips, stress management and even the Pleasure Professor!
Throughout the day, a variety of ‘pods’ will offer a selection of exciting, fun and unusual activities you may want to get involved with in a personal and safe environment. These include reiki, reflexology, beauty advice, holistic therapy and head massage as well as a running clinic, the opportunity to try horse riding simulators, human touch boards and vibration plates and even the chance to try your hand at water colour painting.
There are plenty of activities outside each Zone for all to get involved in from Nordic walking to Adventure Walks, competitions, give-aways, challenges and much, much more, all designed to enhance your personal wellbeing
