Web performance monitoring specialist, Triometric, has unveiled a new version of its Triometric Analyzer product range, providing customers with a host of new features and enhancements including new levels of usability and data manipulation as well as new data sources.
With Triometric’s products and services, organisations can analyse their Web and network traffic in real-time to provide ‘real user intelligence’ of web applications, specifically a detailed understanding of the end to end performance, reliability and usage. Real User Monitoring (RUM) is increasing because companies are recognising the need to improve their Web applications by understanding the end user experience.
New features included in Triometric Analyzer Version 5.0 include real-time reporting, dashboards and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), advanced reporting enhancements and new data sources.
“Real User Monitoring is on the increase because companies are increasingly recognising the benefits of improving their Web applications for end users,” says Matthew Goulden, Triometric’s Business Development Director. “Triometric Analyzer Version 5.0 is a major enhancement to our product range. We’ve focused specifically on developing and delivering new aspects which will appeal to a wider range of enterprises as well as enabling our existing customers to do more to improve the experiences of their end users.”
Commenting, Chris Anders, Senior Manager - IT for Gulliver’s Travels Associates, a company in the Travelport Group, said: “The new functionality of Triometric Analyzer Version 5.0 is a guiding light for companies that want to improve the experiences of their web users. The level and style of usability and reporting is flexible enough for any organisation, from highly sophisticated e-commerce specialists to companies getting into monitoring for the first time.”
Triometric Analyzer Version 5.0 shows at a glance the real-time health of the service, with user defined navigation into supporting data, simplifying analysis and trouble-shooting. Standardised reporting templates and customisable views are also part of the new package.
Advanced graphing and analysis capabilities, including comparative reporting and advanced data manipulation, are also now included. Other new features of Triometric Analyzer Version 5.0 include XML content parsing, adding unique capabilities in understanding real user behaviour. And a new active monitoring feature brings complementary information to help understand network performance.
Triometric provides monitoring services for customers such as Thomson Reuters, Lastminute.com and Compass Group.

Triometric creates unique real user monitoring products for high-value Web applications, and offers unrivalled expertise in performance consulting. Triometric’s Analyzer products are used by some of the world’s largest enterprises, information providers and online retailers in managing their business critical applications.
Triometric was founded by leading technologists and software engineers in the mid nineties as the Internet was beginning to make its impact on the technology and business world. Initially a hi-tech Internet consultancy, Triometric helped a Fortune 500 client list adapt to the paradigm shift of the Internet, re-designing business processes and systems. During this period Triometric recognised the need for an unobtrusive Web application performance monitoring tool that could accurately report performance from the user's perspective, without gaining access to user client or server systems.
