-Network of websites cater to unique needs of ex-pats-

LondonAmigo today announced new content available for ex-pats living in London, in a relevant, easy-to-find format on LondonAmigo.com.

‘New nomads,’ a term that LondonAmigo.com has coined for people who move frequently, often to new countries, may spend a lot of their lives trying out new cities. When moving country, finding information about necessary life tasks such as obtaining a bank account or identification documents can be much harder than it first appears. Nowhere on the web caters to this demographic except the CityAmigo network of websites, of which LondonAmigo is the first launch.

The site has professionally-written content in its invaluable “Survival Guide,” which is delivered in the native language of the ex-pat. It also provides unique features such as interviews from people who wish to share their experience on moving to London. The “Essentials Guide” offers you tips and tricks to plan your move efficiently.

The LondonAmigo.com site has enlisted a number of bloggers and editors for its community-focused blog. The team produces weekly articles highlighting life in the big city to complement the basic info of the guides.

‘New nomads’ can benefit from simple information about where to shop for certain items or which areas of town to live, work and hang out in. LondonAmigo has all this and is targeted at any ex-pat living in the city.

“New nomads have unique needs and this website is like a virtual home for them,” said Yuri Bacas Hosaka, co-founder of the site. “LondonAmigo answers all those questions about our glorious capital city, from ‘where is the cool club scene?’ to ‘how do I get a national insurance number?’ It also gives new nomads a place to hang out and meet each other virtually.”

CityAmigo plans to grow its network of websites catered to every city in the world, in multiple languages, with LondonAmigo as the current focus.
