The team from Mundys receiving the award

Mundys in Lincoln has been named the Best Estate Agency in Lincolnshire after being awarded five stars in the prestigious Daily Mail UK Property Awards.

The Lincoln-based company was one of just 12 estate agencies in the UK to be awarded the highest possible accolade.

Senior Partner Philip Barnatt said: “Our team is passionately committed to providing the best possible service to our clients throughout the whole move.

“We invest in our staff as we believe the more experienced and qualified our team are, the better the standard of service they offer. We are delighted we receive hundreds of positive client testimonials every year.

“In a recent survey 98 per cent of our customers were either satisfied or very satisfied and in the last Ombudsman Report 100 per cent of our customers would use us again.”

Launched in 2005, the Daily Mail UK Property Awards are open to residential property professionals and have quickly become the most prestigious honour available to UK property companies.
There are 21 categories: up to two of the entries in each category are awarded four stars whilst a select few are given the ultimate five-star award.

Supported by a host of well respected professional bodies such as FIABCI, NAEA and NHBC, the awards are judged by an independent team of experts in the property, design and construction fields together with property writers and sponsors.

One of the services the judges described as particularly “innovative” was Mundys’ exclusive House Doctor Service which is available to any clients putting their house on the market and includes a free consultation with specialist home stager/designer Sylvie Gay of Sylvie Gay Interiors.

The aim of the service is to help clients to make the most of their property and achieve the best possible price.

Mundys also offers residential sales, lettings and property management, surveys and professional valuations and commercial sales and rental services

Mundys were presented with their award by the Shadow Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, Eric Pickles, at a gala dinner at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on Friday 31st October hosted by former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond.
