Jeremy's Restaurant, a contemporary styled restaurant in a classical setting within the grounds of The Borde Hill Estate in the heart of the West Sussex countryside, is celebrating it's inclusion in the Harden's UK Restaurant Guide 2009.

The independent guide, published in association with Remy Martin Fine Champagne Cognac, is the only guide based on a detailed survey of restaurant-goers across the UK - this year over 8,000 people took part, together with some 85,000 reviews.

Jeremy's Restaurant is particularly praised for its "well executed and innovative cooking," and the Guide goes onto say, "Jeremy Ashpool's charming and unpretentious country restaurant is knocking on the door of a Michelin star." The Restaurant also received a 2009 Survey Commended.
