QAD, PTC to Intergrate ERP and PLM solutions for European Manufacturers in Automotive, High Tech, Industrial Equipment and Life Sciences Industries

Partnership Stands to Help Customers Cut Costs, Drive Efficiencies, Improve Compliance

Sorrento, ITALY, 18 November 2008 – QAD Inc., (Nasdaq: QADI), a leading provider of enterprise software and services for global manufacturing companies, today announced that as a member of the PTC (Nasdaq: PMTC) Channel Advantage™ Program, QAD will now offer the PTC product suite to customers throughout Europe. The partnership is especially significant for global manufacturers who already use QAD Enterprise Resource Planning software and who would like to further improve efficiencies around product development by adding complementary PLM solutions.
