Employee Performance Management Suite Ensures Goal Alignment and Increased Productivity

London, December 1, 2008 - SuccessFactors, Inc. (NASDAQ: SFSF), the global leader in on-demand performance and talent management solutions, today announced that Eagle Consulting, a leading outsourced Accounting, Payroll and Bankers’ Automated Clearing Services (BACS) provider in the UK, has implemented SuccessFactors’ Professional Edition for goal management and performance reviews to align employees to company goals and track and measure employee performance against those goals. The company also deployed SuccessFactors’ 360 Degree Review module to build a well rounded, complete picture of employees’ skills and competency gaps, and SuccessFactors Compensation Management to help recognize and reward employee performance.

Eagle Consulting provides outsourcing services, effectively acting as the external accounts department on behalf of its clients, which include small and medium sized businesses, as well as recognized brands such as Bacardi, Southern Water and Shell.
