Internet TV Fitness Channel provides interactive fitness content, and ‘one stop’ gym resources

The channel, called ThinQ Fitness, uses the latest online video technology to allow users to interact with workout presenters on sessions including fat loss, step, yoga, pilates, pre/post natal, and gym, holistic or dance.

The channel provides an alternative to traditional gym membership to keep fit at any location, and offers a range of workouts aimed at those with little or no previous keep fit experience, to those who are active gym members.
