LONDON, UK Monday, 15th December 2008 Too much focus on technology and a failure to develop new business models will mean many traditional IT industry players such as ISVs and resellers will fail to capitalise on the emerging Software as Service (SaaS) market claims business enablement consultancy SaaS-IT in a hard hitting new whitepaper.

Entitled “Software as a service: It’s about the business model, stupid”, the whitepaper stresses an alternative view to the prevailing technology platform bias in current discussions around the development of the SaaS industry.
