Orchid Consulting are delighted to announce that from Monday 12th January, its new website will be live.
The Orchid website has undergone a complete redesign and modernisation, making it easier for visitors to access information about all products and services.
Client Relationship Director, Zahid Khokhar explains how the website was in need of redevelopment. "The original site was a few years old and needed a thorough overhaul and revamp. Over the years the Call Centre Marketplace has changed and in turn our products and service offerings have grown. We had ‘just been adding’ the new information and by today’s standards the website looked tired. Working alongside a specialist web design agency we took to completely modernise the site”
Principal Consultant and Founder, Keith Gait also adds “With part of Our Vision to be recognised by our clients, their customers, and our peers, for outstanding delivery, the website is now a great platform to communicate this."

Visitors to the site will also be able to read ' The Gait Post' a blog written by Keith himself - giving a sometimes serious, sometimes lighthearted, but always informative look behind the scenes of the call centre and customer service arena.
