Growth rate remains far above industry average
London, UK, 23rd February 2009 : Sitecore, a leading provider of .NET web content management systems (CMS) and portal software, today announced a phenomenal 91 percent leap in its UK revenues for the first six months of the current financial year to 31st December 2008. Today’s announcement sees Sitecore maintaining its sound growth in the UK after achieving a resounding 118 percent growth from its previous financial year 2006/2007 to 2007/2008.
Sitecore’s licence sales for the period 2007-2008 accounted for 84 percent of revenues with only 15 percent from training and less than 1 percent from professional services. These results speak volumes on its product itself and underscore the company’s successful strategic focus on software development and the strength of its partners providing associated professional services. Furthermore in a strong display of ongoing commitment and satisfaction, over 98 percent of its customers worldwide renewed their technical support and product upgrade contracts direct with Sitecore.
