As unemployment levels in the UK reach some 2 million, debt management and enforcement organisation JBW Group has signed a deal with Job Centres across London to help unemployed people back into work.

The organisation is providing up to 100 people with a comprehensive three-month training programme leading to enforcement agent certification and employment at JBW. Those taking part in the scheme will undergo the organisation's City & Guilds-accredited theory-based Foundation Course for Civil Enforcement Agents, followed by customer care training and accompanied field training.

JBW is offering this unique scale of employment opportunities as it firmly believes that it has a responsibility to help the community and do all it can to ensure its welfare.

As Managing Director Jamie Waller explained:

"We deal with people on a daily basis who are unable to pay their debts, and our aim is to use the scheme to help as many as we can avoid becoming vulnerable cases. We also hope to improve the sector's public image by showing a responsible an ethical approach in action through working with Job Centres as a committed partner."
