Please upgrade your browser. - Ticket price comparison, the UK’s leading live entertainment ticket listing service, has today announced an agreement to acquire the three websites operated by Sportbuzz Limited, that include the leading user generated sport magazine site Sportingo, and the leading football blog Caught Offside, as well as the premier online directory of online sport video Get Sport. These sites generate 1m visits every month.

Sportingo is a global online sportswriters’ community written exclusively by sports fans. Sportingo places the user at the heart of the experience allowing budding sportswriters and armchair pundits a unique opportunity to submit their articles and see them professionally edited and posted online as reports, features and editorials. 3000 writers have already signed up and posted articles on the site.

Caught Offside was originally set up as a football news site, and has quickly become a hotbed for football gossip and latest transfer rumours. Caughtoffside brings the news to readers with an irreverent and humorous tone that complements the more serious articles on Sportingo, and provides a fun place for rival supporters to banter with each other just as they do in real life.

Get Sport tracks the teams, matches and tournaments fans wish to follow online across a huge range of sports including football, tennis, cricket, rugby, motorsport and ice-hockey. Sports fans can find out where to watch events live online, access highlights, video-on-demand and great clips. Save Event reminders to Outlook, and recommend events to friends.
