London, UK, 7th April 2009 – Tribold has been invited to speak at the forthcoming Billing & OSS World 2009 event taking place in Las Vegas between the 14th and 16th April 2009. Tribold will be explaining how communication service providers (CSPs) can implement Enterprise Product Management (EPM) with TRIBOLD 3, the only third generation EPM software solution currently available. TRIBOLD 3 is uniquely positioned to meet the demands of today’s hugely competitive communications industry environment, placing product firmly at the heart of CSPs’ businesses.

Tribold’s CTO, Catherine Michel, will be speaking and participating in a number of sessions during the first day of the event: “Encountering Content and Its Business Ramifications” (11.45am, Tuesday 14th April) and “Elevating the Product Catalog” (2.00pm, Tuesday 14th April).

The first session, “Encountering Content and Its Business Ramifications”, will showcase how best practices are being developed through the Content Encounter innovation incubator within the TM Forum that will move content delivery and management forward for the service provider.

The second session, “Elevating the Product Catalog”, will demonstrate how service providers can differentiate themselves through improving the flexibility around product offerings by putting product and service catalogs front and center and integrating them with billing and fulfilment systems.

Throughout the event, Tribold executives will be on hand to help attendees understand how Tribold is working with CSPs to deliver Enterprise Product Management.
