Snort and ClamAV Recognized as Legends of Open Source

Open source innovator and SNORT® creator, Sourcefire, Inc. (Nasdaq:FIRE), a leader in Enterprise Threat Management, today announced that the Sourcefire 3D® System was named one of Network World’s “2009 Best of Tests” winners. The sole winner in the security category, the Sourcefire 3D System was recognized for its ability to make network protection easier and more effective.
