HORNBILL AND KPS AGREE TECHNOLOGY PARTNERSHIP

Partnership incorporates advanced knowledge management capability for Hornbill’s Supportworks ITSM

Service Desk & IT Support Show, London: Hornbill today announced that it has entered a partnership agreement with Knowledge Powered Solutions (KPS), whereby Hornbill will incorporate KPS’s highly advanced search technology into the knowledge management capability of its Supportworks ITSM solutions.
