Computeach, one of the UK’s leading IT training organisations, is proud to announce significant changes to its brand image and service offerings. The business is changing to take advantage of new opportunities and technological advances. Exceptional standards of service remain the same but new pricing structures will exceed customers’ expectations.
From April 2009 prospective students will be able to buy courses online at www.computeach.co.uk and opt for annual subscriptions, rather than for contracts that last 3 years plus. Computeach is passing on cost savings resulting from online technology, directly to its customers. Accessing a Computeach course for each customer today will be approximately £1500 less when compared with the previous business model.
“It’s a very exciting time for Computeach,” says managing director Karl Parkinson. “To offer the low prices and maintain quality is a challenge, but we have transitioned from a direct sales-led organisation to an online model, saving costs which will help us continue the investment in service delivery. It was time for us to freshen up our image and consolidate our position as the UK’s most established IT training company. The ultimate winner will be the customer, which is the right balance if we want to be successful,” he adds.
The five IT career paths offered by Computeach provide a comprehensive and fully supported route into the world of IT. They include computer courses for website design, networking, programming, database administration and help desk support which involve industry standard qualifications. “One of the most important principles for us is that our courses should be backed by a recruitment service which supports students’ job search efforts“, says Karl Parkinson.
The organisation will also be building on the already successful telesales team, which will continue to handle hundreds of enquiries the company receives each week. “Our teams of experts are ready to help more new students make a fundamental change to their future and begin a new career in IT. It’s interesting that the business is staking its future in technology to help it become more competitive and at the same time, our customers are seeking technology-based skills to find a brighter future career. No wonder the IT industry is recruiting despite the economic downturn” Karl concludes.
