Zenulta sends strong signal of growth in Greece, the Balkans, Middle East, Eastern Europe and the CIS countries as it expands its reseller network, bringing its leading proximity correlation technology to the regions

Zenulta, providers of the market-leading enterprise event correlation technology, has appointed SYNTAX as its reseller partner for Greece, the Balkans, Middle East, Eastern Europe and the CIS countries in a move that signals the launch of a key growth strategy for Zenulta as part of plans to deliver its technology across the world.

The partnership with SYNTAX for these regions comes at the same time as Zenulta announces expansion plans in Austria, with IT and Management Consultant partner Unisys.

In Greece, the Balkans, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and the CIS countries, SYNTAX will deliver Zenulta’s ground-breaking Zenulta™ Enterprise Event Proximity Correlation technology, which provides high-value correlation for network and service assurance. It is a new approach that breaks down the barriers of incumbent technologies and enables telecoms businesses to maintain complex, multi-vendor, multi-platform networks and systems, ensuring constant service delivery and performance with vastly reduced support costs.

The appointment of SYNTAX – known throughout these regions as a major player in systems integration – provides significant impetus to Zenulta’s growth in the region, as SYNTAX is seen as offering complementary skillsets and expertise, with the ability to deliver Zenulta solutions with added-value. Zenulta’s initiative with SYNTAX creates a major opportunity to be a significant player in Greece, the Balkans and Middle East.

“We needed a partner who we knew would be innovative in delivering Zenulta’s event correlation solutions, but at the same time we wanted that partner to be stable, with the proven technologies and expertise that would increase our strength in the marketplace. SYNTAX, as renowned IT consultants and industry experts, fits that profile excellently and we are delighted to be embarking on this exciting partnership with them,” said Derek Johnson, Chief Operating Officer, Zenulta Ltd.

“By appointing SYNTAX, we are demonstrating our growth ambition across these markets. It’s a win-win not just for the two companies, but for the many potential customers we expect to gain,” he added.

“As Zenulta’s partner in Greece, the Balkans, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and the CIS countries, we are committed to the opportunity ahead. Zenulta has highly innovative technology which we will deliver in the marketplace. SYNTAX has the expertise and skills to enhance the solution, providing it in the most effective way for customers’ right across these regions,” said Achilleas Philippopoulos, Telecoms & Energy Business Division Director, SYNTAX IT Inc.

Zenulta’s launch customer was TurkCell, Turkey’s first and biggest GSM network provider. TurkCell operates one of the largest single mobile networks in Europe with 32 million subscribers, and uses Proximity Correlation to optimise its network service performance. TurkCell’s objective is to ensure its network operates consistently at full potential and delivers the best customer experience. Proximity Correlation helps with the quick and effective monitoring of its voice and data network, and the management of performance data.
