PRESS RELEASE

DSP Managed Services attain Certified Partner status in the Microsoft Partner Program with Competency in Data Management Solutions.

London-based DSP Managed Services, one of the UK’s fastest-growing Managed Service Providers, believe their latest accreditation – Competency in Data Management Solutions – is just the first of many that they will attain as Certified Partner within the Microsoft Partner Program. “It’s yet a further demonstration of our dedication on innovation and our commitment to engaging with forefront technologies like Microsoft,” said Nasar Butt DSP’s Microsoft Channel Manager.

The Data Management Solutions Competency certification is designed for Microsoft Certified and Gold Certified Partners who have proved their competency in deploying data-warehousing, online analytical processing, data mining, decision support and in-depth reporting solutions. Specialisations include Business Intelligence and Database Management.

According DSP’s Channel Manager, Nasar Butt: “Certification is an acknowledgment of the quality our customers can expect of our products and services, as well as an opportunity to work more closely with Microsoft to ensure that we can continue to provide the greatest value for our customers."

To become a Microsoft Certified Partner, DSP had to demonstrate expertise with Microsoft technology and prove its ability to meet customers’ needs with exceptional expertise. In return, they will enjoy a rich set of benefits, including premier access, special training and the highest levels of support – giving them a real technology edge over their competitors, which they can then pass on to their customers. “This is essential,” said Dev Nayak, Technical Director at DSP, “because customers are looking for a partner who can bridge the gap between their business demands and technology capabilities – an expert adviser for their long-term strategic technology plans.“

About the Microsoft Partner Program:
The Microsoft Partner Program was launched in October 2003 and represents Microsoft’s ongoing commitment to the successes of partners worldwide. The program offers a single, integrated partnering framework that recognises partner expertise, rewards the total impact that partners have in the technology marketplace, and delivers more value to help partners’ businesses to be successful. "We’re delighted to have achieved Certified status, “ said Christina Horsoe, DSP’s Head of Marketing. “It shows clearly the high degree of expertise our people have in the use and support of Microsoft tools and platforms. Everyone gains from this recognition.”
