2 June 2009

A skill-based challenge is causing a frenzy of online activity amongst the British public, who are clicking like crazy to make it through to the second round of tasks.

Cadbury Creme Egg Twisted has launched a bid to recruit ten Twisted Super Agents to embark on a secret mission this summer - competing against each other in a race against time across the UK.

Applications opened on 15 May 2009 and already over 6,000 Brits have signed up to become Agents and almost 200 of those think they’ve got what it takes to become the UK’s No.1 Twisted Super Agent!

The mission – which will require the Twisted Super Agents to solve online clues to locations where Twisted ‘Goo on the Loose’ has been spotted, and then travel to these locations in real life, filming and producing entertaining footage along the way – challenges successful applicants to tap into their creative sides, with the chance to significantly boost their bank balance and have a laugh along the way.

The ten chosen Twisted Super Agents may recruit a team of up to three friends to help them, must be able to display detective skills and demonstrate their ability to create entertaining footage via flip video cameras, and self promote their mission in order to attract attention as they go. The top Twisted Super Agent – who will be rewarded with £20,000 this summer for filming and producing the most innovative and entertaining investigation - will be judged based on creativity of footage, social networking skills and the lengths that they go to during their challenge.

‘Creme Egg Twisted is a fun and irreverent brand and we wanted to give Brits some light-hearted relief from all the doom and gloom of the economic downturn. The search for the UK’s No. 1 Twisted Super Agent gives people an opportunity to have some fun with their friends this summer, to rise to a challenge and - for the best of the best – to win a serious amount of money!’
Katherine Carter, Cadbury Creme Egg Twisted Senior Brand Manager

The shortlist to get through to the next round (i.e. to become one of ten Twisted Super Agents) will be drawn next Monday 8th June 2009.

If you think you’ve got what it takes to become a Twisted Super Agent you can still apply online at before midnight on 7 June 2009
