London, June 11, 2009 – Cellar Trends, distributor of Grand Marnier in the UK, will continue to distribute the orange and cognac liqueur brand until March 2010, said Terry Barker, Cellar Trends’ Marketing Director today.

Cellar Trends wishes to correct the impression made by press statements issued on June 9, that distribution in Europe will switch to Diageo in July this year. That is not the case in the UK, said Mr Barker.

All marketing programmes with the On and Off trades will continue, including the £500,000 Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge tie-in with the National Barbecue Association summer drive which will reach 1.2 million consumers with tasting of the Grand Esprit summer cocktail and in store promotions.

Mr Barker said: “The handover date is April 1, 2010 which is when our contract with Marnier Lapostolle, owner of the Grand Marnier brand, expires. It is business as usual until then. All customer orders should continue to be channeled to Cellar Trends”.

Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge and the super-premium cuvées Grand Marnier Centenaire, Grand Marnier Cent Cinquantenaire and Navan, are distributed in the UK by Cellar Trends
