SuccessFactors Platform Deployed Globally Across Five Countries in Four Languages to Thousands of Executives and Managers

(NASDAQ:SFSF), the global leader in on-demand performance and talent management solutions, today announced that Veolia Environmental Services, part of the Veolia Environment Group, has selected and deployed SuccessFactors’ Performance and Talent Management Suite, including Employee Profile, Performance Management, Total Goal Management and Succession Planning modules. Veolia Environmental Services has deployed SuccessFactors to almost 3,000 executives and managers across five countries. The project is part of a wider initiative to enable better line of sight for succession planning, formalize objectives, link performance and compensation, and facilitate mobility across different geographies and departments.

Veolia Environmental Services has deployed SuccessFactors to its managers in France, Egypt, Italy, Norway, Israel, in four languages, and plans additional deployments over the coming months (UK, Switzerland, North America).
