St Albans, 23rd July 2009 – Staff&Line, a European leader in IT management solutions, announced today its new channel strategy for the UK market. With immediate effect Staff&Line UK will become 100 percent channel focused, working solely through its partner network to resell Staff&Line’s flagship IT management product, EasyVista.

This announcement forms part of a global initiative to recruit new partners and today Staff&Line has appointed over 60 partners worldwide and will operate directly in six countries: France, UK, USA, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

Staff&Line has been working with partners for over 18 months and believes there is strong market demand for IT Management and ITIL solutions making its flagship product, EasyVista, a very attractive option for companies to resell. The latest version of the product, EasyVista 2009 is available in two formats. EasyVista Classic is the traditional licensed option, installed on the customer’s site, while EasyVista.com means that the product is now available in SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) mode.

Staff&Line’s goal is to drive the majority of its revenue through partners by 2011. The new partner program is designed to:

• Be flexible enough to accommodate different types of partners
• Expedite the sales process
• Be both results driven and quantifiable with commitments from both sides
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with EasyVista are maintained

In terms of partner segmentation, the program is divided into the following groups:

Affiliate Partners: Organisations that provide complementary offers (such as ITIL consultancy companies, trusted advisors on governance, training, etc.)

Value Added Reseller:

• Business driven, and the core category of Staff&Line’s partner program
• Strategic relationships where there is a long-term investment
• Tiering structure based on revenue commitments: Select, Pro and Elite

Technology Partners: Solution providers that complement EasyVista, either in its traditional licensing mode or extending our SaaS offer to supply a PaaS (“Platform as a Service”)

Gregory Lefort concludes: “In the UK we are looking to recruit new partners that will complement our existing channel. We are already working with quite a few companies in the IT Asset Management space. The area where we are looking to appoint additional partners is in IT Service Management where we believe there is a lot of opportunity.”

Staff&Line already has 60 confirmed partners and these include 5 in Portugal, 11 in Spain, 8 in Italy, 18 in France, 4 in Belgium and Luxembourg, 4 in Switzerland and new partners in the Middle East, USA and Asia Pacific. Existing UK partners include: ITAMS, TeamUltra, ConnectSphere, JCom, Bytes Technology Group, Plan-Net and Sysop.
