Serco ExperienceLab (formerly Serco Usability Services), the UK’s most established experience design research agency, and national employment charity, Shaw Trust, UK market leaders in Web Accessibility, today announce a new strategic partnership. The partnership represents a joining of like-minded specialists, who believe user testing helps clients optimise customer experiences.

Just as Serco ExperienceLab help clients understand, define and manage their customer experiences by involving users at all stages of development, Shaw Trust puts emphasis on testing with real users. Their testing teams are made up of experienced assistive technology users including people with no or low vision, colour blindness, dyslexia, deafness, impaired mobility or learning difficulties.
