Ironmongery Direct’s half-year results defy the ‘Credit Crunch’

Mail order and e-commerce trade suppliers,Ironmongery Direct has announced a 62% increase in operating profit and a 36% increase in turnover when compared with the 2008 audited accounts from the same period.

In line with this growth trend, Ironmongery Direct continues its pro-active marketing campaign and customer service efforts, with 95% of all calls answered within 15 seconds and 99% of orders dispatched the next day.
