Go Management,London's most exciting production, talents and casting agency, is fast becoming an expert at helping those looking for a way to harness their dreams of fame to do so.

Established in 2002 in Tel Aviv, Israel, Go Management International is just that; an international vibrant talents and casting agency with vision for its clients and applicants. Go Management offers the chance for those on its books to work in video, TV, commercials, photographic projects and top theatre productions. The list of possibilities is endless.

Over the last few years, Go Management has built on their success in Israel and decided to enter the European market, opening its next branch in Barcelona. Go Management chose Barcelona as a cosmopolitan city with a talent pool from around the world. Barcelona is also seeing a huge growth in its fashion industry, which fits with the direction that this forward thinking talents agency is moving in.

Go Management has worked on many successful campaigns in Israel and Europe, with brands such as MacDonalds, Bezek, Pelephone, energy drink XL and Wella. The office in Barcelona has provided models for catalogue shoots and creative photographic work as well as commercials and fashion shows.

Oren Cohen, founder of Go Management, is now branching out further with the recent launch of his new office in London, right in the heart of the city. Cohen says," being here in London means that we can provide our clients, our talents and models with a really international offering". The branches all co-operate with each other to provide a wide variety of opportunities for work, for those who sign to the agency. Go Management is an international family and they are growing fast.

Work in entertainment and media is not for the faint hearted, as the well repeated line from the TV series and stage show 'Fame' states. Castings are always an experience to be remembered; but this is what Go Management helps its prospective stars feel comfortable with. There is a very strong ethic behind all the preparation that the agency does for the actors, models and supporting artists they work with. The foundations are support from the agency, hard work, and perseverance. As an established casting agency, Go Management are well aware that it is often a while before the first break comes. Many of the people signing to the agency are looking at having a link to the world of entertainment and not expecting a full time career. The support offered by the agency is the same, for a model in a high profile high fashion campaign to the older lady cast in character for a small commercial.

Go Management, be it London, Tel Aviv or Barcelona have staff trained to understand that there may be pre-audition nerves and they do all they can to make the applicant feel good. Dedicated and talented make-up artists work their magic and make sure you feel great and look great and the professional photographers take shots to use as the basis of your portfolio.

The photographs costs money and Go Management make sure the applicants are well aware of this. It is a small investment to get an applicant on the way to the exposure they want, which can be a steady income source over many years. Professional photographs, showing a potential producer what an applicant has, are a necessary sales tool. Most applicants to the agency have no performing experience, but if their look is what a director or producer wants, then a lack of experience can be immaterial. Go Management works with talents and models of all age groups as this means a diverse bank of applicants for their clients to choose from.

The agency is also happy to coach talents and actors attending auditions with tips on how to get over the nerves, how to give their best performance and what to expect from auditions. They also provide up the minute fashion news and tips. Oren Cohen says, "We want those on our books to be looked after. This can be a game of trial and error for someone trying to get into the entertainment industry and we know that. But somewhere, someone may want your face or your look and you will fit".

Cohen knows only too well that the industry can be a tough one and so it his wish that the agency provides a support network for those trying to get work. His Website is an interactive social networking forum for the talents on his books and for his clients. Models and actors can chat to each other and leave messages for each other. Clients looking for something in particular can log-in and browse the talents, actors and models on the site.

Victoria recently joined Go Management in London looking for acting work. She is very happy with what she has seen so far. She joined the agency just over a month ago and had already been on four castings and secured two small jobs. She feels this is a promising start and that she has been treated with the utmost care and respect by the agency. "You have to expect that this all takes time," she says. "If you can't take it that you won't always get picked or you won't get every job, then this industry may not be for you."

Go Management wants characters, not just the standard beautiful face. The work they provide for their talents and actors is diverse and for people of all age groups, and ethnic backgrounds, from children to the elderly, male and female. It may be a bit part in a movie, a commercial, a video or a magazine shoot or a part in a West End musical. It could be your face that the client is looking for!
