This Valentine’s Day skip a heavy dessert and end your meal with a touch of romantic fun with these heart shaped cookies served with strawberries and chocolate and TOTAL Greek Yoghurt dips. A great idea if you are counting calories as you can dip the strawberries in thick and creamy TOTAL 0% Greek Yoghurt and feel completely virtuous. What is more it is so simple to make.

Cookies Ingredients: 250g soft butter, 140g caster sugar, 1 egg yolk, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 300g plain flour.

Method: Mix the butter and sugar in a large bowl with a wooden spoon, then add the egg yolk and vanilla and briefly beat to combine. Sift over the flour and stir until the mixture is well combined - you might need to get your hands in at the end to give everything a really good mix and press the dough together. To cook, heat oven to 180C/fan or 160C/gas 4 , roll out dough to 1cm thick and transfer to a non-stick baking tray leaving space in between for the cookies to grow in the oven. Bake for 12 minutes until pale gold, then transfer to a cooling rack to firm up.

Chocolate Dip Ingredients: 200g of dark chocolate, 200g TOTAL 2% Greek Yoghurt, 100ml of single cream, 50ml of dark rum (optional)

Method: Melt chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. When melted fold in the TOTAL Greek Yoghurt and single cream (and rum if using). Keep warm until serving. The chocolate should resemble a thick luxurious sauce, if not add a small amount of extra cream.

Serve with a second dip of TOTAL Greek Yoghurt. The smooth, creamy yet mild flavour cuts through the sweetness of the chocolate. TOTALLY delicious.

TOTAL Greek Yoghurt is available from all major supermarkets in three fat varieties with 10%, 2% and 0% fat free, from 89p for 150g. For more recipes visit
