With the help of industry shapers and leaders, Pioneer Consulting has organized a dynamic workshop that will be of significant interest to experienced and new players alike. Each year, the Submarine Cable Workshop becomes more popular, and once again PTC’10 will have a strong emphasis on the submarine cable industry.

“Pioneer is delighted and grateful to the Pacific Telecommunications Council, particularly Sharon Nakama, CEO and John Hibbard, Chair, Board of Governors, for asking Pioneer to take part in this engaging event,” said Keith Schofield, Director, Submarine Networks and workshop host. “Drawing on the expertise of respected contributors, we look forward to hearing and sharing knowledge on a range of matters interesting all in the submarine cable industry.”

The workshop will focus on market developments, current changes, news, insights, and technology advances from a diverse selection of key players. After the morning “Networking Break,” which is being sponsored by Pioneer Consulting as well, there will be a keynote interview with Fiona Beck, CEO of Southern Cross Cable Network. In total, there will be three panel sessions entitled, Market, Business and Industry Developments; View from the Supply Side and Marine Maintenance & Restoration Trends.
