InvisiViewMedia, a new web service that allows the sender to be in control of the information they send, is being trialled by Recruitment Express in Woking, Surrey. The recruitment agency is trialling the service to ensure that the CVs and personal information it sends on behalf of its candidates arrives securely to the desired recipient, avoiding risk of interception. Using the service from InvisiViewMedia will also enable the recruitment firm to stand above its competitors as the first to use the system.

Lee Donaldson, branch manager at Recruitment Express explains, “The recruitment industry is all about keeping one step ahead of your competitors and helping your candidates to stand out from the crowd. InvisiViewMedia will allow us to send not just a standard CV, but also a video introduction and even image files which will give the client that extra valuable information about a candidate. The service will also give us the added reassurance that the information we send actually reaches the desired recipient as a unique web link is created that can only be opened by the client. This will also help us comply with the data protection act and demonstrates that we are handling confidential information in a responsible and secure manner.”

Recruitment Express operates in the secretarial, industrial, contact centre, sales and market research, marketing, purchasing and logistics sectors. The firm is made up of four consultants and an administrator. Part of the firm’s specialist area is multi-lingual recruitment where a candidate is obligated to demonstrate fluency in a particular language. Recruitment Express believes that by using InvisiViewMedia, it can make the recruitment process more efficient by cutting out the telephone interview that would normally occur and instead send a video file of the candidate reading a statement to demonstrate competency in a chosen language.

Donaldson continues, “We would normally use email to send CVs as it is more secure than fax or post, but both can be intercepted. We will definitely use InvisiViewMedia when placing certain candidates, even though it involves a very small cost. Although we are still in the trial phase of the service, we feel that it will benefit the agency when placing foreign candidates and more senior positions to fast track them to a client and give them a head start. As InvisiView Media is a new service, it will also give us that added USP – something that is highly sought after in our industry.”

Each invite code costs £2.50 plus VAT with no minimum spend making it a cost effective option for the recruitment industry.

About InvisiViewMedia

InvisiView is a cost-effective piece of sophisticated technology that allows the sender of information to display confidential or sensitive data (whether, text, video, image or sound) in a secure format and then send it via a web link to the recipient for viewing. Viewing information securely via the InvisiView technology minimises the possibility of the recipient editing, altering, printing, downloading or saving the information. The software is easy to use and also allows the sender to place time restraints on viewing the information to ensure that the viewer can only see the information once for example, and/or in a timed slide show or static window. The sender activates the viewing process via invite codes which are created automatically and is in complete control of the data they have sent.

InvisiView is suitable for anyone wanting to distribute sensitive intellectual property or confidential data. The technology is especially relevant to the pharmaceutical and medical industry, musicians/ recording artists, advertising and PR agencies, photographers, designers, estate agents, film producers and the finance and banking sector.
