InvisiViewMedia, a new web service that allows the sender to be in control of the information they send, is being trialled by Recruitment Express in Woking, Surrey. The recruitment agency is trialling the service to ensure that the CVs and personal information it sends on behalf of its candidates arrives securely to the desired recipient, avoiding risk of interception. Recruitment Express operates in the secretarial, industrial, contact centre, sales and market research, marketing, purchasing and logistics sectors. The firm is made up of four consultants and an administrator. Part of the firm’s specialist area is multi-lingual recruitment where a candidate is obligated to demonstrate fluency in a particular language. Recruitment Express believes that by using InvisiViewMedia, it can make the recruitment process more efficient by cutting out the telephone interview that would normally occur and instead send a video file of the candidate reading a statement to demonstrate competency in a chosen language.
Donaldson continues, “We would normally use email to send CVs as it is more secure than fax or post, but both can be intercepted. We will definitely use InvisiViewMedia when placing certain candidates, even though it involves a very small cost. Although we are still in the trial phase of the service, we feel that it will benefit the agency when placing foreign candidates and more senior positions to fast track them to a client and give them a head start. As InvisiView Media is a new service, it will also give us that added USP – something that is highly sought after in our industry.”
