New Trade Only Green products Exhibition and conference announced:
The EverGreen Expo - London March 2011

London will be the venue for the Ever Green Expo a new 2 day exhibition and conference for over 100 companies exhibiting the very latest Green products. All products will be near or market ready. The show is aimed at the UKs media, distributors and retailers and is trade only. The Ever Green Expo code of conduct, created by the exhibitors, ensures that all products are categorised as EverGreen and all will offer obvious ecological friendly attributes, form low carbon manufacturing and use to recycling and sustainability.

Product categories will include; business and industry, technology, health, home and fashion.

This new show offers manufacturers the opportunity to network with the UKs and Europes leading journalists and commentators in an environment where the product and green innovation is the champion. Exhibitors will also be able to forge relationships with key decision makers who have a real goal to source environmentally sound and sustainable products for their customers. This exposition is about providing a platform to cut out the green washing and confusion that is seen at almost all industry sector trade fairs where true sustainable and innovative green products are lost amongst the many. Ever Green Expo will help the media identify the real winners and give the real ever green products the opportunity to find partners to ensure market penetration.

The Ever Green Expo will provide a level playing field for manufacturers of all sizes. With stand packages starting at just £4,000 small and large companies will have an equal opportunity to display their products. There will also be a launch and presentation opportunity directly to the invited media in the Ever Green Theatre.

Awards will be presented on the first evening of the show in the following categories:

Best overall product of show

Best product in each category

Most encouraging newcomer (business with T/O less than £1m)

Best of show - Innovation

These awards will be voted for by the Exhibitors themselves and the expert panel.

EverGreen mark of approval

All products exhibited will conform to a simple show code of conduct which will ensures all products have attributes that give them ecological advantages this will either be the manufacturing process, the sourcing of the raw material, the recycling or the reduction in CO2 achieved. These guidelines will be unambiguous and non technical and there to ensure that the underlying proposition of the show is maintained. All products exhibited will have rights to use the EverGreen Tick on marketing, promotional and packaging. The mark is only for products not organisations.

The Evergreen Expo website will be the shows Green products portal and offer a virtual exhibition to exhibitors and all green products that conform to the code of conduct.

Stuart was founder and owner of the Computer Trade Show before selling the business to Imark Communications Inc in 2000.
