MailSuite launched a new feature today to their message integration and management suite that lets users connect multiple Twitter accounts and then read & reply to any @reply or Direct Message directly from their email program, cell-phone or webmail.

The cloud-based system takes messages from a user’s work email, personal email and social networking sites, unifying them in a single inbox. The same easy-to-use interface is presented no matter which device is being used – desktop PC, laptop, Mac, iPad, cell / mobile phone, iPhone or webmail. The cloud-based system is agnostic to any mix of hardware or software. It does not matter whether the cell / mobile phone is Windows Mobile, iPhone, Android or Symbian.

The latest feature automatically pulls in the users Twitter @replies and Direct Messages (DMs) so that they appear as standard emails which can then be read and replied from any standard email program, including sending longer replies or even adding attachments which are then delivered to the correct Twitter address and secured so that the recipient only has to authenticated via their Twitter account.

The new Twitter integration makes it easy to manage multiple Twitter accounts and ensures that you won’t miss any messages as they automatically appear in a folder on your email program.

MailSuite other features include Time Management which lets users categorise their address book and choose the best time and device to deliver the messages to (E.g. Configure it so no personal emails are pushed to the mobile during working hours and no work emails at weekends!) and advanced mobile compression and anti-spam which reduces mobile data by up to 98% and reduces download time tenfold.

Tony Blake, MailSuite’s Commercial Director, states, “The potential benefits to users, businesses and mobile phone companies are great. The application of MailSuite’s SmartPush technology and file compression software should mean faster, cheaper and more reliable mobile messaging... not to mention better handset battery life!”

Dan Field, founder and CEO of MailSuite commenting on the launch of MailSuite states, “We think we have created something that gives an individual a way of managing the daily flood of messaging, letting them select where, when and how they want it. We have designed it for the individual, but we also think we have created enough reasons for businesses and the mobile phone companies to want to use it.”

MailSuite was launched at The Next Web conference in April this year and an enterprise service which will cover full domains will be available later this summer.
