Leading telecoms industry figures will be flocking to Dubai at the start of next month for the Telecoms World Middle East Conference 2010.

The expo, which takes place at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers between October 4th and 7th, is the largest gathering of chief executives from the industry in the region.

More than 100 speakers from a range of organisations - including regional network operators, content providers and ministries - will take to the stage at the event, for what the organisers have promised will be "four exciting days".

These experts on the sector will share their insights on growth, operational excellence and future investment strategies, which could in turn provide attendees with the chance to adopt them at their own companies.

The likes of Osman Sultan from du, Najeev Al Awadi from VIVA and Dr Amer Al Rawas from Omantel have all confirmed that they will be speaking at the event, which is likely to spark a surge in bookings for Dubai hotels.

Prospective attendees can get their hands on tickets for the full four days of the conference for $5,245 (£3,400), while a three-day pass costs $4,195 and entrance to two days is priced at $3,145.

The proceedings kick off at 08:30 local time on October 4th with registration and coffee.

For more information on this event, visit the Telecoms World Middle East Conference 2010 website or contact the organisers on (+971) 4440 2500.
