- High street fashion retailer selects smartFOCUS’s new digital marketing solution for email marketing campaigns -

smartFOCUS, a global provider of multi-channel marketing software, has been selected by EAST for digital marketing campaign management. EAST will use smartFOCUS’s new hosted digital marketing solution, eChannel v7, to plan and manage all its email marketing campaigns, including its weekly communications to customers to promote offers and new collections.

EAST is a high-street clothing brand selling women’s clothes, jewellery and accessories, designed for women who love individual, natural fabrics, with an ethnic touch. EAST has grown significantly across the UK, Ireland, and the Channel Islands and now has 85 outlets, with 55 stores and 30 concessions, including 22 within John Lewis stores.

EAST will use smartFOCUS’s eChannel v7 for digital communications to its new and existing customer base, using sophisticated marketing analysis that will influence both tactical and automated email campaigns based upon individual preferences, response history, engagement and previous customer transactions.

eChannel will enable EAST to integrate communications across multiple digital channels, increasing automation and insight to enhance the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns. This integration will provide EAST with a simple, cost-effective digital marketing solution that applies industry best practices that will help it to improve deliverability, boost open rates and increase customer engagement by personalising content dynamically on-the-fly.
