I am delighted to offer you the opportunity to review two fabulous restaurants in Perth Scotland and take advantage of two comfortable places to stay.

When replying please add in publication and circulation information and size of the review for consideration.

Perth.....where cosy country meets city chic. Situated in the heart of Scotland, Perthshire represents the perfect place to find all that you expect of a great Scottish holiday. We would like to invite you to come and sample some of the culinary delights this beautiful and diverse area has to offer.

Spend a couple of nights in this idyllic setting eating in the Roost Restaurant and Deans @ Let’s Eat Restaurant, both followed by complimentary overnight stays in surrounding hotels.

Deans @ Let’s Eat Restaurant, just a short walk from the centre of Perth, is run by husband and wife team Willie and Margot. Their menus incorporate traditional Scottish food with a more cosmopolitan flair.

Owner and head chef Willie describes his cooking as vibrant modern Scottish. The focus is firmly on flavour and seasonality. Most of his ingredients at Deans are sourced locally and quality is not compromised. All aspects of the dishes are freshly made with great attention to detail shown in the homemade breads, sauces and chocolates to name but a few.

As a previous AA Scottish Restaurant of the Year and Scottish Chef of the Year Winner Willie’s aim is to provide world class skills and flavours to the masses at a reasonable price point. They have a strong emphasis on service to provide an all round experience.

This will be followed by a complimentary stay at The Salutation Hotel, reputed to be one of the oldest hotels in Scotland, offering traditional hospitality with all modern comforts.

Deans @ Lets Eat :: 77-79 Kinnoul Street, Perth, PH1 5EZ, Scotland, UK

Enjoy the interesting and plentiful flavours of Scotland’s larder in The Roost Restaurant. The Roost is an intimate little restaurant run by Husband and wife team Tim and Anna Dover. Situated in the village of Kintillo at the entrance to the beautiful Earn Valley, it looks out towards wooded hills.

Tim draws on skills gained in many years experience as a professional chef in prestigious restaurants in Scotland and abroad. He uses interesting ingredients and flavour combinations to create a very memorable dining experience.

On arrival at the restaurant you notice the clean lines along with character elements such as the semi-vaulted open beam ceiling and the walls are adorned with vibrant modern paintings. The ambience is relaxed and friendly yet professional and the food is of an extremely high standard, which is complemented by the attentive, efficient, diligent front of house staff.

This will be followed by a complimentary stay at the 16th century luxury Pitcairlie Holiday Apartments.

The Roost: Forgandenny Road, Kintillo, Bridge of Earn, Perth, PH2 9AZ
