Bruntwood's offices in Manchester have been chosen by two more leading companies.
The family-owned commercial property provider is already trusted by a wide variety of businesses in the city.
One of Bruntwood's latest acquisitions to its portfolio of offices in Manchester is Cotton House on Queen Street. The location, which offers up to 20,000 sq ft of office space spread across five floors, was recently redeveloped to incorporate a new entrance and a brand new reception area and refurbished common areas.
Now, online media company Specific Media UK has decided to take on 2,000 sq ft of floor space in the building. And professional services specialist Farrsight Solutions has concluded its search for offices in Manchester by letting 2,844 sq ft.
Stephen Farrar, Farrsight Solutions managing director, praised the support that Bruntwood offered. "Bruntwood worked with us in determining our needs for new office space in central Manchester and helped us to find a property that met those needs," he said.
Meanwhile, Andrew Cowell, Bruntwood's head of sales for Manchester, discussed the latest additions to the Bruntwood portfolio. "We are very happy to secure these two pre-lets on the back of the whole-scale refurbishment of Cotton House," he stated.
Cotton House is situated just off Deansgate, within walking distance of a host of sandwich shops, restaurants and health clubs. Bruntwood maintains an on-site customer service team to look after day-to-day management tasks relating to the building.
