Customers nominate Numara Software for outstanding service performance and delivery

Reading, 6th May 2011 – Numara® Software Inc., a global leader in service management and PC lifecycle management, today announced that it has been nominated as a finalist in the SDI IT Service Excellence Supplier Awards 2011. Nominated for this prestigious award by its customers, Numara Software was rated on its overall service performance and delivery, commercial understanding, industry knowledge and product offerings. Customers also rated Numara Software on performance in meeting its customers’ business objectives, communicating project status, delivering projects on time and on budget, and, most importantly, meeting customers’ expectations.

Numara Software, along with two other finalists, will present to a panel of judges on 25th May 2011. The winner will be announced at the SDI Conference Gala Dinner at the Chesford Grange, Warwickshire, on the evening of 15th June.

The prestigious IT Service Excellence Awards – now in its 16 th year – is the most coveted in the IT service and support industry. The awards recognise excellence, professionalism and innovation, celebrating the outstanding achievements of IT vendors, individuals and teams for the contributions they make to the industry.
