LONDON, UK. – May 19, 2010 – Today, SuccessFactors, Inc. (NASDAQ: SFSF), the global leader in business execution software, and McKinney Rogers, a global firm of business execution professionals, announced they are launching a strategic global partnership to deliver a truly holistic business execution solution. The partnership will provide leadership developments and a suite of tools and processes to support the alignment of leaders’ goals with all individuals’ goals across an organisation, in order to deliver business critical results.

According to the Harvard Business Review, more than 90 percent of strategies fail due to poor execution.
