Ladies' night @ The Snow Centre

LONDON, 23 MAY 2011 – Funky shoes, free drinks, glamorous snow and lots of personal attention from our fantastic ski instructors while toning your legs – Tuesday Night is Ladies' Night at The Snow Centre in Hemel Hempstead!

Ladies' night will be on every Tuesday from 7.30pm – 9pm. For only £32 (£22 for members), female skiers and snowboarders can get a 1.5 hour lesson from one of the BASI qualified instructors. All the equipment needed (skis/snowboard, boots, poles, and helmet) is included. There will be a friendly atmosphere so you can meet similar minded women and after the lesson all attendees will get a free drink at The EDGE, the café bar with altitude.

There are structured lessons available that will train beginners up to and including Level 4. For ladies who are of a recreational standard already, there will be special coaching sessions available. Snowboarders can learn all sorts of new tricks on the snow slopes and skiers can develop more accuracy when it comes to parallel skiing, practice clean carved turns and learn to cross bumps elegantly.

On Tuesdays, The Snow Centre also offers a special 50+ Morning Beginners’ course. This course runs for 4 weeks from 10am to noon. A new group starts every first Tuesday of the month. Beginners who are over the age of 50 will receive a total of 8 hours of instruction for only £99 (£69 for members). After every two hour lesson, all attendees are invited for a cup of tea or coffee with the instructor. Attendees will progress through the levels as a group, which is why it's important to attend all weeks of the course. If you do miss a lesson, you won't be able continue with the rest of the 50+ Morning Beginners’ course.
