World leader in customer flow management (CFM), Qmatic has called in its first UK PR agency as it evolves from a vendor of virtual queuing, linear queuing and barrier solutions to delivering enterprise innovation through the use of proprietary software and hardware.

The Company has handed tech specialist Proud PR a retained brief to build the brand in the UK retail, retail finance and public sectors with media, social media and analyst relations. David Anahory who joined Qmatic as UK CEO in 2010 has initiated the new UK go-to-market strategy.
