It also clarifies which FSA regulated companies will be primarily affected by this decision and covers concerns raised by stakeholders over the difficulties they face in recording communications on private mobile devices.

The whitepaper has a chapter titled “The Voice Of The Financial Markets”, which covers the general consensus of the Financial Markets affected by this change in current policy and also adds opinion on how these changes in legislation will really affect those involved, even briefly touching on some research into the opinions of the marketplace, regarding hosted applications.

The final chapter of the whitepaper covers where the future of Mobile Recording may lead to, after the November 2011 surge.
